Early agreement terminations – In almost every site lease agreement the cell phone tower company has the ability to terminate said lease agreement by serving notice from anywhere between 60 and 120 days. Your agreement may be for twenty years, but at any time the cell phone tower provider may serve you notice and your cash stream will come to an abrupt end.

If you choose not renegotiate, they will more than likely terminate the lease and solicit another land owner nearby.
